Digital technology is rapidly developing recently, and especial web 2.0 (social medial, blog) draw more attention. Many of literature and public are talking about social medial marketing, but how it does work in marketing mix and strategy?
As a communication tools, social medial, like Facebook, twitter, myspace and web blog are likely to be an effective way to delivery brand image or improve customer relationship. On the other hand, whether it still does in B2B industry?
